SOL INFORMATION
Instructor: Mr. Elliott
Graduation from a Virginia high school
requires that students pass specific course
work to earn course credits as well as pass
specific Standards of Learning End-of-Course
exams (SOLs) to verify credit in some classes.
This includes English Reading and Writing, math,
science and social studies.  Students confer with their
individual academic counselors to select a course
of study and a graduation plan.  The specific
graduation plan determines which verified credits
a student must earn.  Regardless of the graduation
plan, all students enrolled in SOL courses must take
the SOL exam at the end of the course.
